Yes, you can park underground! Bring your ticket and we will validate 90 minutes of parking for your visit. You can enter the parkade from Cambie street North or from Ash street. From the parkade, you can take the elevator or escalator to the Upper Shops level.
There is also a 5-minute drop-off zone just off 12th between Cambie and Ash if you would prefer to drop off and pick up your child.
Cambie Kids Physio is inside the City Square mall (not in the office/medical towers).
We are unit 155, on the Upper Shops level on the west side. We are located next to the Dollarama upstairs from the food court.
Absolutely! We are always striving to offer family-centred care, so if going between two clinics is better for you, you can certainly do that.
However, we do have two separate booking links, so you will have to create two accounts. Let our front desk staff know if you have questions and they can help you navigate the system
Yes! Kids Physio Cambie shares our waiting room with Jump Gymnastics and have the huge benefit of having them as our amazing neighbours.
Don’t worry though, the physio treatment space is still completely independent and private.

We are a trusted children’s physio in Cambie, and as such, will be able to walk you through our comprehensive children’s physiotherapy exercises.
Once you have been to the clinic, you can certainly ask your physio if it’s okay to drop off your child.

We bill directly to Sunlife, Canada Life, Manulife, Pacific Blue Cross, GroupHealth, and Desjardins.
You can include the information in your intake form or bring it to your next appointment and the receptionist will put the appointment through your insurance at the beginning of the session.
No, it is not needed. However, some extended benefit plans do need a doctor’s referral, so ensure to check with your provider for a better understanding.
As Kids Physio Cambie is a private physiotherapy clinic we do require payment after each session.
